A focused brand, high-converting website, and performance funnel for an AI platform helping towing companies automate dispatch and billing.
Tow123 uses AI to answer calls, dispatch jobs, and automate billing for towing companies, but its old brand and website didn’t show that clearly. The site felt like a generic AI tool, messaging was cluttered, and visitors couldn’t quickly see the value. Google Ads traffic was sent to a generic page with no focused funnel, and limited tracking made it hard to know which campaigns were driving real demo requests.
We repositioned Tow123 around the promise “AI that runs your towing company while you run the road” and rebuilt the site around three clear offers: towing answering service, AI dispatcher, and billing automation. A dedicated demo funnel with focused copy, social proof, FAQs, and a single primary CTA now guides visitors to book a call. On the performance side, we rebuilt Search campaigns on towing-specific keywords, added call assets, implemented GA4 event tracking, and created sales scripts and objection handling to support the team.
The new positioning and funnel created a clear, measurable growth engine. Qualified demo requests increased by around 3×, while cost per lead on paid search was cut roughly in half after routing traffic through the new funnel and tightening keywords. Sales calls convert better because ads, website, and scripts now tell the same story, and GA4 tracking shows exactly how users move from ad to landing page to demo, helping Tow123 refine campaigns based on real data.
